Responsibilities Assist in interviewing clients, identifying business issues and proposing solutions. Assist in documenting and designing processes to increase efficiency (decrease lead time, increase throughput, reduce cost, etc.) by creating roadmaps describing as‑is and to‑be customer environments. Contribute to shaping, preparing, and delivering client presentations, workshops and proposals. Assist team members in producing functional requirements for software development. Identify and manage changes to requirements and identify risks for the company’s clients. Effectively manage client’s expectations. Education & Skills Typically, a degree in a technical or business discipline. Experience in a public sector field.
