The Data Analyst transforms raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. In this role, you will focus on analysis, reporting, and high-level communication, effectively bridging the gap between data and business strategy. Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources. Analysis & Trends: Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies to identify growth opportunities. Strategy & KPIs: Translate business questions into data queries, defining and tracking KPIs over time. Experimentation: Support experimentation through A/B testing and cohort analysis. SQL: Strong, advanced SQL skills are mandatory / non-negotiable. Data Visualization: Hands-on experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Data Tools: Familiarity with modern data warehouses ( Snowflake, Google BigQuery ) and databases. Data Prep: Deep knowledge of data cleaning, transformation, and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets). Analytics Core: Statistical analysis, understanding of business metrics, and exposure to ETL processes. Basic programming in Python or R. Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and data modeling basics.
