Your role will be crucial in adapting and delivering our software to meet the unique needs of our clients. What You Will Be Responsible For Help Desk and User Support: Be the go-to person for SimCorp Sofia users, solving their queries and ensuring smooth operations. Product Development Support: Contribute to the development process by gathering requirements, creating specifications, and documenting features. Shadowing and Learning: Work alongside experienced consultants, learning the ropes through direct experience in analysis and testing. Client Support for Extraordinary Events: Assist clients during significant changes like mergers, acquisitions, and business restructuring. Product Enhancement: Propose innovative software enhancements based on user feedback and practical use cases.
