The Operations Team Leader is responsible for effectively managing production and packaging operators within the shift and developing collaborative partnerships with colleagues, ensuring delivery of plant business results and maintaining positive employee relations. Travel Required: up to 10% of time. On-site location: Castiglione delle Stiviere, Lombardia, Italy. Relocation Assistance Offered Within Country. Core Responsibilities Manage daily production and packaging operations to meet business and plant results. Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), logistics, and financial performance. Develop and empower teams through training, coaching, and delegation. Manage absenteeism and performance issues in collaboration with HR. Oversee compliance with staffing, scheduling, and training policies. Identify and implement cost reduction and margin improvement programs. Communicate and execute local supply chain strategies. Ensure compliance with company, local, and governmental EHS, Quality, and Regulatory guidelines.
