About the Position We are looking for a Customer Program Manager to join the Electronics Business team. This position is based at our office in Corbetta (MI). Responsibilities Support Sales in acquisition of new orders per business line targets. Define the scope of the project and create the overall program plan. Responsible for Final Unitary Product Cost, Scope, and Timing within PME guidelines. Lead Core Team members from nomination phase to handover to serial production. Manage planned activities through Project Reviews and ensure compliance with internal milestones. Serve as communication hub to project team and stakeholders. Manage issue logs and risk management plans to identify deviations and promote corrective actions. Ensure deployment of Marelli Standard Product Development Methodology, product libraries, quality tools/methods, and solution standardization in collaboration with other departments. Qualifications Proven experience in the automotive industry, with a strong track record of executing projects and handing them over to production. Solid background in electronics for effective technical understanding. Deep familiarity with APQP and IATF standards. Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both oral and written. Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset. Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
