Research and analyze public tenders, invitations and competitions aligned with ACPV’s strategy. Assess technical and economic feasibility of participating. Complete pre‑qualification questionnaires and ensure eligibility. Collect and verify all documentation required by tender procedures. Draft tender documentation in coordination with the Head of Bidding. Monitor deadlines and ensure full compliance. Submit complete proposal documentation as per the tender process. Assist creation of photorealistic real‑time environments and assets. Create photorealistic PBR materials within Unreal and additional software packages.
