Responsibilities Planning, scheduling and prioritizing depot maintenance activities. Timing activities as the first goal. Reporting depot maintenance activity status and follow‑up. Serving as an interface between maintenance team leaders, retrofit teams, engineering teams and external company teams. Supervising and coordinating maintenance activities on all trains in the workshop according to fixed time slots during planning meetings. Maintaining an updated overview of crucial spare‑parts availability. Staying informed about workshop infrastructure status, especially the need for special tools. Checking production team workload to ensure optimal saturation. Managing problems with extraordinary planning meetings when required. Verifying compliance with time slots planned for all ordinary maintenance train cycles (hand‑over in, servicing, maintenance, internal cleaning, pre‑service check and hand‑over out). Verifying compliance with scheduled departure and arrival times in the depot. Checking and reporting all delay reasons. Translating production and commercial service issues within work orders. Ensuring updated planning information is spread throughout the workshop in real time. Using whiteboards in the workshop to display scheduled maintenance slots during planning meetings. Incorporating special requests from all project teams into default planning and scheduling them using SAP. Reporting all cumulative delays and their root causes. Analyzing delay issues to improve future performance. Interfacing with the supply‑chain team (meetings and SAP) to check needed spare parts. Using Indus evaluation KPIs to optimize production workload on shift according to scheduled planning. Attending any extraordinary planning meetings to address contingencies. Reporting the status of all special activities within dedicated figures, graphs and Gantt charts. Creating and releasing notifications and service orders related to corrective activities and preventive ones, if required. Updating all information equipment (monitor, etc.) needed for communication inside the depot (train layouts, etc.). Qualifications Education: Engineering degree or equivalent professional qualifications in technical areas. Language: English mandatory. Experience: Work experience in a process/production environment. Technical competencies: Railways and train system knowledge preferred; basic knowledge of the maintenance process required. Soft skills: Good IT skills, especially SAP (CS/PM modules). Microsoft Office required. Excellent communication skills. Decision‑making ability and a sense of urgency; sets priorities and reacts immediately when confronted with a problem.
