Coordinate and support monthly payroll processes. Support employees and managers in day-to-day HR-related topics. Handle HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including contracts, certificates, master data maintenance, and reference letters. Support recruiting activities from job posting to onboarding. Degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar. At least one year of hands-on professional experience in HR and payroll. Good English. Required on-site presence at the office in Cazzago San Martino. 12-month fixed-term contract as part of a maternity cover. ~ Part-time setup (6 hours per day). ~ Supportive international environment with modern HR processes.
