Job Description We are looking for a Junior Customer Finance Specialist to join the Customer Finance Italy team, with an initial focus on ROWA Collections. The role is designed to strengthen operational continuity and resilience across the perimeter, optimizing the management of the ROWA portfolio through strong analytical, organizational, and planning capabilities. Within the GBS–QTC (Quote to Cash) framework, the objective is to streamline operations, support effective prioritization of activities, and ensure alignment with planning methodologies and the overall operating model across the end‑to‑end revenue cycle, from quote to cash collection. The scope may progressively expand to other BD areas, contributing to Workforce Management (WFM) activities aimed at optimizing resource allocation and operational efficiency, as well as to the evolution of the delivery model with external partners, with a focus on performance monitoring and continuous improvement in both local and cross‑country contexts. Key Responsibilities Support the management of the ROWA Collections perimeter, including operational collection activities and negotiations. Perform portfolio analyses and contribute to the rationalization of activities and the allocation of time and resources. Support portfolio segmentation and the application of structured, data‑driven criteria. Contribute to stop‑chasing, write‑off, and escalation decisions in line with policies and governance. Support Workforce Management (WFM) routines, also in collaboration with external partners. Gradually extend support to other areas within the BD Customer Finance perimeter. Interface with cross‑country stakeholders on relevant activities and initiatives. Education Requirements Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines (or equivalent experience in Customer Finance / Credit Management). Technical Skills Intermediate experience in Customer Finance, Customer Service/Tenders/Pricing, Collections or Credit Management. Knowledge of Order to Cash processes. Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision‑making capabilities. Familiarity with WFM models and structured operational environments. Ability to work with different ERP systems. Excellent proficiency in Excel and equivalent tools. Soft Skills Strong analytical and process‑oriented mindset. Ability to work with clear priorities. Accuracy, reliability, and strong sense of ownership. Collaborative attitude with effective communication skills. Languages & Additional Assets English: required. Spanish: considered a plus. “Liceo Classico” high school background is considered a plus. Growth & Development The role is positioned at JG2 level and represents a solid foundation for professional growth within Customer Finance, with potential evolution over time depending on the expansion of scope and responsibilities.
