Job Purpose As part of the Corporate Supply Chain Team, the Supply Chain Planner plays a critical role in creating long‑term purchasing plans for finished products, APIs and bulk, ensuring production requirements and customer demand are fulfilled while optimizing the stock level. The Supply Planner will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to develop, monitor, and secure the supply plan, ensuring continuity of supply and alignment across the organization. Key Responsibilities Short- and long‑term supply planning Monitor and optimize the stock levels of headquarters warehouses, in order to minimize the risk of stockouts and overstock. Follow up on open orders and update orders with CMO (Contract Manufacturing Organization). S&OP with suppliers/CMO. Collaborate closely with Artwork, Regulatory Affairs, and Technology Transfer departments to ensure smooth product lifecycle management and timely product launches. Support supply chain performance monitoring through data analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking. Required Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. Required Skills And Experience At least 2–3 years of proven experience in a Supply Planning role or related. Strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Experience in a Supply Planning role in the pharmaceutical business would be an advantage. Technical Competencies Advanced Excel skills (nested formulas, pivot tables). SAP and IBP planning tool knowledge is an advantage. Required Behaviours And Competencies Ability to work with cross‑functional teams within the organization with significant communication and relational skills. Be flexible, proactive and able to manage simultaneously different activities within a dynamic and fast‑paced context. Good organizational and priority handling skills.
