For our Italy subsidiary, we are looking for a full-time Junior HR Specialist (m/f/d). About the position: Directly reporting to Italy HR Manager, you will be working with the HR Team and you will support in activities related to attraction, recruiting and selection and resources management. You will be responsible to manage autonomously selected HR processes, thus developing HR related skills and competencies. Your responsibilities: Own the end-to-end Recruitment & Selection process for assigned roles, leveraging Linkedin and our ATS to attract and engage top talent. You will be part of our Group Recruiting Community, contributing to employer branding initiatives and engaging with schools and universities through career days, open days and recruiting events. Manage candidate screening, first interviews and partner with hiring managers throughout the selection process. Support the onboarding experience end-to-end, from documentation and administrative set-up to welcoming new joiners across our location, including occasional travel within Italy. Contribute to HR administration activities, including employee documentation, contracts, internships and mandatory communications. Act as a first point of contact for employees, providing support on day-to-day HR topics (leaves, holidays, company policies). Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
