Developing and managing an effective sales and distributor team Tasks Qualifications and experience: Successful track record of building and growing sales and profitability in a food ingredient business (e.g. Flavours, Colours, Extracts, Powders) Closing sales and satisfying customers at senior levels including Directors, VPs and owners / executives Highly self-motivated; able to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment.
