The Quality Plant Engineering leader is the link between the manufacturing and the engineering. He/She leads the quality plant engineering team in charge of his/her perimeter. On his/her meta function perimeter, in order to guarantee the customer satisfaction including warranty results in field and the plant efficiency, he/she leads the supplier quality, the plant quality convergence and manages the product/process evolutions in serial life. Profile Degree in Engineering field Experience (minimum 3-5 years) as quality engineer in a complex industrial context Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint Problem solving mindset Continuous improvement orientation Critical thinking, analytical skills, and rigor Ability to promote a quality oriented mindset within the plant Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams across the Plant At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
