L1/L2 SUPPORT SPECIALYST - SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR - TORINO (IT) We are currently looking for 1 or 2 Plant ICT Support Specialists to join an industrial environment located in Turin, Italy . Location Turin, Italy Working hours: Central shift (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM) Initial engagement until June 2026 Possibility of extension into a multi-year service collaboration based on performance Requirements Good basic ICT knowledge and hands-on attitude Technical Skills The selected candidate(s) will provide L1/L2 support activities within the Plant environment, including: Basic ICT support L1/L2 support for Plant applications Printer management and troubleshooting Videocall/conference room support Windows upgrades and installations Antivirus installation and maintenance Support for Guest Wi-Fi access First-level network support (policies, firewall rules, connectivity issues) Small internal ICT project coordination ICT documentation management User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support for applications Soft Skills We are looking for people with: Strong troubleshooting attitude Good relationship management skills Ability to interact effectively with both white collars and blue collars Proactive and service-oriented mindset languages : English / Italian
