This role is responsible for the operational and managerial coordination of production and maintenance activities in a high‑automation department, ensuring the continuity and efficiency of production and automation systems, product quality, and compliance with safety regulations. Key responsibilities include Coordinate daily production and automation activities, ensuring alignment with production plans and quality standards. Organise preventive and corrective maintenance in collaboration with the technical team to minimise machine downtime. Deal with suppliers and engineering department (at Plant and HQ level) to implement new procedures on automated systems, analyse problems and facilitate the conduction of machines. Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and shift planning to ensure operational continuity. Track and analyse production data and automatic systems, activating escalation procedures for complex technical issues. Ensure adherence to operational procedures and workplace safety regulations. Supervise, motivate, and support the growth of production and maintenance staff, including training and upskilling initiatives. Facilitate interdepartmental communication and collaborate with HR to manage disciplinary actions and resolve operational conflicts.
