HR Coordinator We are currently looking for an HR Coordinator who will be assigned to one of our projects in Germany. Responsibilities Define and implement policies and procedures for the management of expat personnel in line with headquarters guidelines. Support the Project Manager in workforce planning and project staffing needs. Follow up on personnel mobilization procedures (visas, work permits, travel, accommodation, and insurance). Ensure proper execution of the mobilization plan for all expatriate and local personnel according to project requirements. Ensure correct management of personnel demobilization processes. Work with the recruiting team to identify and hire suitable personnel and oversee proper evaluation in subsequent phases. Organise and ensure correct handling of travel requests and costs related to personnel rotation and leave. Organise and update personnel logistics on the project (accommodation, transfers, etc.). Manage potential disciplinary issues and employee relations. Prepare all reports required for local payroll. Ensure compliance with local labour laws and international standards. Requisiti Good knowledge (written and spoken) of English and German. At least 7 years of experience in the role. Has excellent communication skills. Altre Informazioni: What else should you know?
