Your Key Responsibilities We have a validated playbook in Italy — you will rapidly replicate it across Geographies. You will own the full international revenue target: new ARR, expansion ARR, and gross retention. Build and lead the international commercial organization: hiring, structuring, and developing Country Launchers, AEs, and CSMs as markets scale. Translate the Italian GTM model into a repeatable framework: iterate relentlessly based on data. Drive market launches from positioning and pipeline to first revenue and sustained growth. Define commercial KPIs for international expansion and report with full accountability to the CRO. Close strategic partnerships — law firms, bar associations, distributors — that accelerate entry and deepen revenue defensibility. What We’re Looking For 7+ years in commercial or revenue leadership, with a meaningful portion in B2B SaaS. Proven track record owning a revenue number across multiple geographies — not just launching markets, but growing and retaining them. Experience building distributed revenue teams: hiring, structuring incentives, managing performance. Strong command of the full revenue funnel, including post‑sale expansion and NRR dynamics. Builder's instinct: you create process where none exists and improve it relentlessly. Legal‑tech or vertical SaaS background is a strong plus. Fluency in English required; Italian, or other European Languages are a significant advantage.
