Brand & Function Sisal Italy Location Milan Role Overview Deliver data analysis and insights to support the Sisal Italy business. What you’ll do Join the Data Analytics & Business Insights team focused on the Italy market. Assist in data extraction, data quality checks, and analysis using SQL, Python, and Excel. Collaborate with senior analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical outputs. Monitor performance and KPIs, providing clear reporting and actionable insight. Actively analyze and interpret business data to support decision‑making processes, identifying trends, uncovering opportunities, and providing valuable insights to drive initiatives. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and knowledge‑sharing. What you’ll bring Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn and collaborate. Experience or strong interest in data analytics, with knowledge of SQL and Python. Familiarity with BI tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud and Qlik is preferred. A STEM degree is preferred, but proven experience in this role will also be considered. Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Excellent problem‑solving abilities complete the profile.
