Primary Responsibilities Warmly greet and welcome guests to the Dior SPA, ensuring a luxurious first impression and assisting with their initial needs and inquiries. Support the reception team in managing and coordinating guest bookings and appointments, learning to use reservation systems efficiently. Assist with guest check‑ins and check‑outs, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience. Handle phone calls and email correspondence related to bookings, inquiries, and guest requests with professionalism and discretion. Provide guests with information about Dior SPA services, treatments, and facilities, maintaining a deep understanding of our offerings. Help prepare and maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains immaculate and reflects the Dior brand’s prestige. Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any concerns, ensuring complete satisfaction from arrival to departure. Shadow and support experienced SPA therapists, learning about Dior’s signature protocols and standards for treatments. Contribute to a peaceful and luxurious ambiance within the spa environment, supporting a serene guest experience. Actively participate in training sessions and seek opportunities to learn and develop professional skills. Uphold the prestige and reputation of the Dior brand through impeccable service and presentation. Requirements A strong passion for the luxury wellness industry and an eagerness to learn and grow within the SPA environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a polite and professional demeanor, particularly in guest‑facing interactions. A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to cleanliness and client comfort. A proactive and positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to a fast‑paced, luxury service environment. Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of additional languages is a significant advantage. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business.
