Role We are looking for a commercially driven Country Manager to develop and implement sales and business strategy for the Country and coordinate the overall corporate strategy with local operations. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Board on strategic initiatives - Manage marketing and sales strategies, increasing brand recognition, loyalty and awareness. Position the company as the Company of choice and undisputed market leader in the market. - Maintain relationships with customers, retailers and suppliers. - Review and evaluate competitors - Create and implement effective business plans - Develop effective action plans and respond to emergencies in a timely and effective manner - Develop opportunities for expansion of business - Develop trade marketing plans - Develop team by recruiting training and motivating people - Manage budgets - Manage projects Key Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience as Commercial Director in professional services - Proven track record of leading a country or regional P&L in a B2B and B2B2C environment - Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to grow revenue and build lasting client partnerships - Exceptional leadership skills — experience recruiting, mentoring, and retaining senior talent - Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Italian and English - Entrepreneurial mindset: you move fast, make decisions with imperfect information, and take full ownership of outcomes.
