We are looking for a creative, fast‑learning team player who is passionate about hotels, online & offline marketing, content, social media & design, and restaurants and bars. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Support the creation of visual assets for the hotel, restaurant, bar and events. Write copy for websites and other marketing materials. Keep the commercial teams updated on hotel happenings, art’beat cultural programme events and art exhibitions in the hotel’s gallery. Organise PR visits for hotels, restaurants and bars. Update websites for hotels, restaurants and bars. Design and print collateral to promote the hotel, restaurant, bar, event or enhance the guest experience. Assist with logistics for new art exhibitions, exciting events and seasonal promotions. Compile PR and marketing reports for stakeholder meetings. Help with email marketing campaigns and newsletters. Ensure our content and online portals are efficiently organised and up to date. Keep third‑party online listings current. Provide overall administrative support to the marketing team. What We Are Looking For Enthusiastic, inventive, and comfortable in the worlds of restaurants, bars and hotels. Currently studying at bachelor level or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Branding or a related field. Available to start in September 2025 for a minimum of six months. Proficient in English – both spoken and written. Passion for learning about marketing and bringing creative ideas to life. Experience with Canva, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop is a plus. Goal‑oriented and able to meet deadlines. Capable of working independently while enjoying teamwork. Highly organised with a systematic, detail‑oriented approach. Strong analytical abilities while staying curious and creative. Proactive and self‑driven. Keen eye for current trends and what’s hot. Why Join Us?
