Position Artemest is looking for a motivated, organized and self-starter Customer Relationship Assistant. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the US Team providing support with the B2B clients' requests Work closely with the B2B Presale Team in Milan with customers' assistance Interact with suppliers to manage customers’ requests and negotiate the best solution for the company and its customers Work closely with other departments (Logistics, Order Management and Tech) to ensure an excellent level of customer experience Offer details Internship opportunity Duration: 6 months Working hour: full-time (from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm) Monthly compensation: 600€ Ticket restaurant provided according to the company policy Requirements Degree in languages or humanistic disciplines Italian native, professional proficiency in English Passion for Sales & Design Exceptional problem solving and organizational skills Able to manage relations and negotiations, with excellent communication skills Attention to details, flexibility and entrepreneurial attitude Previous working experience is considered a plus Perks Positive workplace.
