Fully responsible for local recruitment in the Italian region, including: Communicating with business departments to clarify hiring needs and develop recruitment plans; Posting job ads, proactively sourcing and screening CVs; Maintaining and expanding recruitment channels (LinkedIn, local job boards, university collaborations, etc.), and building/updating talent pools. Support the implementation of HQ HR strategies in the Italian region, responsible for organizing and updating policy documents, process forms, and local practice materials to ensure standardization and accuracy. Assist in daily HR operations in the Italian region, including employee management, training organization, team culture implementation, etc., and optimize relevant documents and process records. Organize and archive basic documentation related to labor compliance and data compliance. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, Linguistics, or related fields. Basic knowledge of HR management; 1–2 years of HR internship or work experience preferred; outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome. Working proficiency in Chinese, English, and Italian – Italian required for written and basic oral communication as a working language. Excellent cross-cultural awareness and team spirit;
