Position The intern will support the Digital Analytics team in quantitative and qualitative analysis of the Fendi website, providing insightful, data‑driven recommendations to support the business strategy and deepen understanding of consumer behaviour online. He/She will help manage requirements for setting up and maintaining the tracking of key web metrics on Fendi websites, ensuring data accuracy as part of the content setup and validation process. The internship is based in Rome and will begin in March/April 2026, lasting six months. Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain reports and dashboards aligned with business requirements, analyze existing systems, and identify new team needs; Implement and maintain digital analytics tools and tagging across the Fendi website through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager; Provide insights into online customer behaviour by analysing customer journeys using ContentSquare; Support CRO and A/B testing projects by driving and evangelising A/B testing capabilities and initiatives; Support web personalization activities by configuring and improving the effectiveness of product recommendation settings through Dynamic Yield; Monitor key competitors and best‑in‑class online retailers to identify new opportunities and emerging trends. Profile Scientific degree, preferably in Economics or a technology field; Fluency in Italian and English; Fast learner, curious mindset and openness to innovation; Collaborative, solution‑focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
