Job Title Junior Service Solution Responsible Engineer (Intern) Job Location Rome (Italy) Responsibilities Strategic Market Analysis: Monitor Telco industry trends (5G, Fiber, Cloud) to identify growth opportunities and support long-term sales strategies for Key Accounts. Service Summit Leadership: Assist in organizing and executing service-focused marketing events, technical workshops, and summits for Tier-1 Carriers. Opportunity Development: Support the strategy for complex Telco service tenders, coordinating with cross-functional teams to build winning project proposals. Sales Project Management: Help oversee the project lifecycle from initial scoping to contract execution, ensuring alignment with customer requirements. Operational Optimization: Mobilize internal resources to improve solution quality and enhance bid win rates through efficient data analysis. Customer & HQ Liaison: Build rapport with local stakeholders while acting as a key communication bridge between the Italy office and Global Headquarters. Solution Architecture: Support the design and optimization of E2E telecom service solutions, including Managed Services and Site Power modernization. Technical Competitiveness: Research competitor offerings to ensure our service solutions remain superior and technologically advanced. KPI Tracking: Assist in monitoring business results, including sales orders, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction metrics. Requirements Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related technical field, graduating between January 2025 and December 2027. Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to solve problems, make decisions, and manage tasks effectively. Adaptability to work in an international business environment, demonstrating excellent collaboration skills and cultural awareness. Language Requirements: Good command of English and fluent in Italian and Chinese.
