How you make the difference The expected outcome is to provide valuable analysis and project support that improve innovation portfolio delivery, supplier management and contribute to continuous cost optimization. Responsibilities You will be responsible for feasibility evaluation, cost definition and effective industrialization of new products You will coordinate inter‑functional innovation project teams to launch new products You will coordinate internal functions and external suppliers/contractors to implement projects on time, in full matching quality and cost standards. You will manage commercial relationship with suppliers/contractors Your Team You’ll directly report to our Sourcing & Project Development Manager Beauty. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering or related fields is preferred.
