About the role We are currently looking for an Electrical Expert. The mission is to provide support to Operations ensuring compliance with technical requirements, provide expertise for complex troubleshooting, contribute to reliability programs, and participate in the maintenance strategy definition. Responsibilities Operations Excellence: Lead programs on fundamentals including reliability and support operations through troubleshooting. Asset Management: Define asset transformations for basin profitability through resource allocation of Capex and Expert support. Central Maintenance: Accountable for maintenance strategy, plan/budget, and execution. Process Safety & Integrity Management: Lead programs and provide expertise. Projects: Develop and execute small/medium-sized projects. Qualifications Master Degree in Engineering. 3-5 years of experience in Operations/Maintenance. Strong people management skill, technical aptitude, pragmatism, analytical skills, good prioritisation skills, strong strategic mindset.
