The ideal candidate has a Degree in Economics or Tourism and an experience of 3 years in the sales hospitality industry: s/he has developed a strong sales attitude, a good understanding of corporate and M&E sales. Moreover, s/he should have analytical and planning skills, good capacity of creating long and profitable relationships with clients and strong negotiation skills. Responsibilities Portfolio management of Corporate, MICE and Leisure High End Tour operators accounts. Coordination of the sales workflow, from customer analysis and needs targeting to delivery of corporate/Frame agreement. Management of Global RFP’s. Definition of client targets and sales activities. Essential requirements: Results orientation, Negotiation skills, Flexibility, Open-mindedness, Excellent communication/relationship skills, Strategic Planning, Analytical approach, Networking and Proactiveness.
