Today, we operate across international markets with a strong focus on wind, solar, and energy storage (BESS)—delivering impactful, sustainable solutions. 2,840+ wind turbines installed ~38.5 GW wind & 8.0 GW PV pipeline ~As Senior Project Manager – Electrical Engineering , you will lead the development and execution of grid connection infrastructure for renewable energy projects—playing a key role across the entire project lifecycle. You will preferably be based in our Bari office , with the option to work from Rome , within a hybrid model. Manage technical negotiations with grid operators , ensuring full regulatory compliance; Act as the reference point for electrical infrastructure (substations, cable routes, overhead lines); Oversee contracts and third-party contractors/consultants involved in electrical infrastructure delivery. Bachelor’s or master´s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent); ~5+ years of experience in utility-scale renewable projects (grid connection focus); ~ Fluency in Italian and English both written and spoken ; ~ Willingness to travel for several days at a time.
