YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES KPI & Performance Management - Monitor the performance of our global service providers and build dashboards that make KPIs transparent, actionable, and easy to interpret. Data-Driven Process Optimization - Analyze service processes, identify bottlenecks, and derive insights that help refine and optimize our international supplier management strategy. Financial Integrity & Reporting - Support accurate invoice verification and ensure that delivered services align with our quality expectations and commercial agreements. International Partner Coordination - Act as a central point of contact for external partners worldwide, providing operational support and contributing to consistent, high-quality service delivery.
