Brand Pricing & Product Manager Within the Italy National Sales Company - Brand Marketing Organization, the resource will be involved in the following main activities: Monthly action plans definition, with specific focus on promo, pricing and communication on all channels Market, industry and competitor analysis, including continuous benchmarking of competitor products, positioning and commercial activities Marketing plan definition for new launches (from ATL / Digital / BTL and Press) Product launches: marketing contract, pricing setting, discounts with trade off between margin target and market positioning pricing to reach targets HQ & local marketing project development and implementation Communication and media agencies management to drive and monitor strategy implementation, identifying opportunities and optimization areas Coordination of cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing and Dealer Network, to ensure seamless execution of projects and launches Monthly meetings and internal results/performance reviews preparation Monthly forecast setting for mix, channel mix, pricing, discounts, media & no media budget Requirements Behavioral Skills Ability to build and keep good relationships at different levels Strong analytical and strategic thinking Problem solving Proactivity Simplification Passion Attention to details Technical Skills Knowledge of Office tools, especially Excel English, at least B2 level Analysis Reporting +2/4 years expertise in product marketing role (automotive) Location: Turin #J-18808-Ljbffr
