About the job This role requires a driven individual who can achieve and exceed targets while supporting our Southern Europe Sales function. Based in our Milan office on a hybrid basis (in‑office a few days per week), you will play a crucial role in generating quality pipeline that converts to revenue. You’ll work with both inbound MQLs and conduct outbound prospecting to key accounts. What you’ll do: Research target accounts and contacts to identify key decision‑makers and understand business challenges. Prospect and generate qualified opportunities through outbound activities including cold calling, personalised emails, and social selling to Mid Market accounts. Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), conducting discovery calls to assess fit and buying intent. Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives, ensuring proper handoff with detailed opportunity context. Consistently meet or exceed KPI and activity expectations. Achieve quarterly quotas and goals for qualified opportunities, meetings booked, and pipeline generated. Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates to effectively communicate value propositions. About you: Fluent in English and Italian. Coachable and eager to learn – thrives in a continuously evolving business environment and actively seeks feedback. Growth‑minded – thinks strategically about business impact while driving personal success. Proactive and resilient – takes initiative rather than waiting for direction. Relevant experience in SaaS, Analytics, or CRM software solutions preferred. Competitive nature and drive to succeed (demonstrated through professional or personal achievements). Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with strong self‑management skills. Minimum 1 year successful sales track record.
