Job Title Sales Assistant Location Milan, HQ Contract Type Paid Internship Salary Range €800 per month About WeRoad Founded in 2017, WeRoad is a fast‑growing startup disrupting the travel industry across Italy, Spain, UK, Germany, France and Switzerland. What You'll Do Hunt and convert leads through any means possible. Serve as the point of contact for WeRoaders across sales channels (Facebook, Instagram, Zendesk, Whatsapp, phone, and more). Maintain and update an efficient sales pipeline and record of interactions with customers. Be an expert on all adventures, providing tailored advice to help customers find and book the perfect tour. What We’re Looking For Italian native or mother‑tongue level. Sociable and thriving in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Experience in sales and/or customer‑facing roles, or a strong hunger for sales/leads hunting. Highly enthusiastic, a great communicator who transmits energy through online, written, and face‑to‑face interactions. Ambitious, target‑driven, and self‑motivated to exceed results. A passion for traveling, learning, and meeting new people. Currently based in Milan or willing to move. Flexible to work outside official hours, not exceeding 40‑hour weekly.
