Job Description We are currently seeking a Subcontracting and Estimating Engineer in INTERNSHIP, reporting directly to Section Head, to join our team based in our Rome offices, c/o Construction Department, Italy. About the role Preparation of cost estimate for construction subcontracting works, either during proposal/FEED or project phases, according to the specific proposal/project subcontracting strategy. Bid and Award of Subcontracts for the execution of Construction works. Participates in the proposal or subcontract development process. Analyzes tender requirements. Collects bill of quantities. Performs preparation, assembly and issuance of call for bid, addendums, and tender clarifications. Performs and delivers the Construction Cost estimate and benchmarking of construction costs. Ensures sourcing and qualification of bidders. Performs preparation of Construction man‑hours estimate. Performs bid tabulation. Implements the subcontracting management strategy of the project. Performs negotiation and awards the subcontracts. Starting Date: 2nd quarter 2026 About you Graduated in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Energy, Chemical.
