About The Role JOB TITLE: CRM Assistant LOCATION: Milan - our HQ TYPE OF CONTRACT: Curricular Internship SALARY RANGE: €800 month We are looking for a CRM Assistant to join our CRM team. Within the WeRoad Growth team, we are already 26 people and will keep growing! All activities are managed in‑house with a daily focus on four main areas: Digital Acquisition, Data, CRM, and MarTech. Our CRM unit intersects marketing automation, business necessities, and technical knowledge. Our main goal is to contribute, in synergy with business teams, to customer acquisition and retention. The role entails overseeing marketing activities related to CRM, supporting the development of a unified CRM strategy for five markets, and managing online marketing automation initiatives and communication. The ideal candidate knows how to approach Email Marketing, focusing both on campaign management and automation efficiency, contributing to the implementation of a strategy that aligns with our growth goals and ensures our Growth Team is the best in the industry. This role requires you to be a keen learner, proactive and ready to quickly handle ad‑hoc requests. What You’ll Do Global Campaign Management: Assist in the ideation, execution and optimization of CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, WhatsApp, app, SMS). Ensure campaigns align with business goals, targeting the correct customer segments. Help with the deployment of automated email sequences, promotions, and reactivation campaigns. A/B Testing & Experimentation: Support the planning, execution, and analysis of A/B tests and experiments for CRM campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and test creatives, ensuring that messaging, design, and delivery meet the desired KPIs. Monitor test results and provide insights to optimize campaigns based on performance data. Journeys & Cross‑Channel Orchestration: Assist in creating and managing customer journeys that span multiple touchpoints (email, WhatsApp, app, SMS). Ensure seamless orchestration between channels to create a cohesive experience for customers. Work with the CRM team to optimize customer flows, increasing conversion and engagement rates.
