Our Corporate M&A Team consists of specialized lawyers, recognized among the best for their areas of expertise. Qualifications Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110. Recently obtained license to practice law in Italy. Up to 1 year of experience in the Corporate M&A field, gained in a comparable law firm. High level of English (Certificate C1). Other foreign languages are a plus. Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession. Excellent negotiation and communications skills. Global mentality and enthusiasm.
