Under the authority of Program Vehicle Chief Engineer, the Design to Cost Manager leads TPC and vendor tooling design to cost activities to ensure economic convergence on Top Hat perimeter from PM up to TKO of last Reskin. This activity is based on the Design to Cost process split in 3 loops as described in specific document ( work in progress ). Defines with project team (CVE, PEM, PTM ..) the technical scope of Design to cost activities With support of ENG and Cost engineers proposes with a bottom-up approach technical definitions consistent with unitary targets Contributes to RFQ target setting process (under responsability of Project Economics Manager)
