We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events & Exhibitions Intern to join our Branding, Marketing & Communications team in Milano. The intern will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events and exhibitions both at ArtemestGalleria NYC and at external venues in Italy and in key markets. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the world of luxury design events. What will be your key responsibilities? Assist in the logistical and operational planning of all events and exhibitions at Artemest Galleria and other locations; Support event production coordination with partners, suppliers, clients, internal teams (Marketplace, Content, CRM & Trade Marketing, Logistics...), and external collaborators; Provide on‑site support during events (guest reception, activity supervision, time management), when required; Contribute to the preparation and management of promotional and communication materials, including invitations, brochures, and other visual assets; Assist with post‑event reporting and collection of photos and video content; Conduct ongoing research for suppliers and venues; Provide support on additional internal projects; Offer details: Duration: 6+ months Working hour: full-time (from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm) Monthly compensation: 600€ Ticket restaurant provided according to the company policy #J-18808-Ljbffr
