Who are we looking for We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with a strong technical focus, capable of making a concrete contribution to the design and development of advanced solutions based on Large Language Models and multi-agent architectures . Responsibilities/Sprecific functions The role will work on projects with a high level of technological complexity, handling the definition of architectures, the implementation of solutions, and providing technical support to development teams, while contributing to the dissemination of best practices and the growth of internal skills. Key Requirements Senior level (approximately 5+ years of overall experience in software / AI) Technical Requirements Hands-on, demonstrable experience with Agentic AI and multi-agent systems , including: agents with planners tool use memory management agent orchestration and complex workflows Advanced use of LLMs (OpenAI / Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models) in production environments , not demos or PoCs Solid experience with RAG in production , including: chunking strategies retrieval and ranking performance evaluation Use of frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex (or equivalents) Strong Software Engineering skills in Python , in particular: code management with Git testing logging and observability Ability to mentor, train, and guide development teams on architectural and implementation choices Excellent command of the English language Strong inclination toward knowledge sharing Excellent communication skills, with both technical and non-technical stakeholders High level of autonomy and sense of responsibility Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Focus on quality and robustness of solutions Team-oriented mindset / ability to work effectively in a team Hybrid working mode (both remote and in-office) Health insurance Meal vouchers for office workdays Dynamic work environment, innovative projects, and people-focused culture Date 20 January 2026 Type of employment Competitive and commensurate with the level of experience.
