On behalf of an innovative, rapidly growing health-tech company with a tangible social impact, we are seeking a: Account Manager – SaaS Software (Ref. 14/26) The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial development of a SaaS platform aimed at hospitals and blood transfusion centres. The role involves direct and ongoing interaction with high-level institutional contacts – General Managers, Medical Directors, Heads of Transfusion Medicine – with the aim of introducing digital solutions capable of improving clinical and organizational processes. The candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy throughout the entire sales cycle, in a context that requires credibility, sector knowledge and the ability to navigate the dynamics of the healthcare system effectively. In detail he/she will: develop high-quality commercial relationships with hospitals and blood transfusion centres; present the solution to senior decision‑makers, tailoring the message to clinical, organizational and institutional contexts; manage complex negotiations, including within the healthcare system’s procurement processes; maintain a continuous presence in the territory, adopting a structured and long‑term approach; contribute to the evolution of the commercial strategy, providing market insights. We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in selling SaaS or technology solutions within the healthcare sector, who is already well‑established in the industry. Requirements 4–8 years’ sales experience in the healthcare sector; understanding of decision‑making dynamics and procurement processes within the hospital sector; strong operational autonomy, a methodical approach and a results‑oriented mindset; a consultative approach and the ability to build trusting relationships over time. Essential: driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the country.
