Be at the forefront of designing and developing the intelligent systems and electromechanical structures that power our kinetic installations. In this role, you will: Design and develop complex mechatronic systems, integrating mechanical components with electronics, sensors, actuators, and control logic from concept to robust, tested prototypes. Develop and implement automation strategies using microcontrollers and drivers to enable precise control of kinetic elements. Design, test, and debug custom PCBs or integrate off-the-shelf boards for motion control, signal processing, and communication between components. Run simulations and stress tests to validate both mechanical integrity and electronic system stability under real-world conditions. Collaborate with suppliers and fabricators during both mechanical and electronic design phases to ensure feasibility, performance, and integration of chosen components and materials. Oversee system integration and on-site commissioning, ensuring seamless interaction between mechanical structures, electronics, and software for safe and efficient operations. Must-have: Fluency in Italian and English Key-skills: Strong understanding of control systems, feedback loops, and automation workflows Experience with microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, ESP32), drivers, and motor controllers PCB design and prototyping (Altium, KiCad, or similar) Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling (Fusion360, Inventor, Rhino) Knowledge of rapid prototyping techniques (3D printing, CNC, laser cutting) Goal-driven attitude and problem-solving mindset Flexibility and openness to change requests and iterations Excellent collaboration and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
