S/he hierarchically reports to the Group Head of Knowledge Center. MAIN GOAL For our Knowledge Center department we are looking for an HVAC/R Technical Knowledge Specialist. She/He will contribute to the activities of the Knowledge Centre by managing organizational aspects, content production and delivery, and providing support primarily to training activities, as well as to dissemination, lobby/networking initiatives, and strategic marketing support. Within the role, s/he: Manage and structure Knowledge Center documentation, making it accessible through IT systems such as educational portals, websites, and intranet platforms. Coordinate internal training activities for the CAREL Group, including calendars, invitations, agendas, and results sharing, cooperating with other involved departments and ensuring quality standards for documentation, processes, tools, and training delivery. Develop training and informational content in the form of videos, presentations, articles, and blog posts. Deliver training and informational content related to Carel solutions and applications in the HVAC/R sector, acting as a speaker in online courses, classroom training sessions, public or internal events, and customer meetings. Record and analyze the results of Knowledge Center activities and produce reports. Support the organization of Knowledge Center events. Contribute to lobby and networking activities within HVAC/R industry associations through participation in working groups, online meetings, and business trips. #J-18808-Ljbffr
