ERG Media is seeking a Community and Social Manager to act as the human voice of Type 7 across our digital platforms. The role goes beyond reactive moderation – the successful candidate will proactively activate distribution, drive audience engagement, and manage our email newsletters. Responsibilities You will work closely with our Business Lead and Head of Operations to reintroduce a first‑person, intelligent presence in comments and DMs, ensuring community members feel seen and engaged. In addition, you will navigate complex legal and brand compliance guidelines, schedule social distribution via platforms such as Later, write and format the weekly newsletter in Klaviyo, actively interact with our audience, flag high‑value community interactions for the wider team, and coordinate digital product drops for our D2C Shopify store. Qualifications Proven experience managing large‑scale, high‑engagement social media communities, ideally in the luxury, design, or automotive sector Impeccable sense of tone: able to engage a sophisticated audience with wit, intelligence, and cultural literacy Understanding of or willingness to learn complex brand compliance, including strict legal directives regarding aftermarket parts and unauthorized tuning crests Experience writing, formatting, and distributing engaging email newsletters (Klaviyo experience is highly preferred) Keen eye for analyzing social performance, collaborating with performance marketing to optimize Meta CAC/ROAS and adjust engagement tactics accordingly Benefits Direct communication with a highly engaged, massive global audience of enthusiasts and tastemakers (640k+ on Instagram alone) Hybrid role based in our beautiful Milan office Close collaboration with creative, editorial, and operations leadership across Europe Opportunity to drive real commercial impact across our D2C and B2B channels #J-18808-Ljbffr
