Responsibilities What you’ll do You’ll work alongside senior lawyers and directly contribute to our deals by: Reviewing legal documents. Assisting with conditions precedent (CPs) collection and management. Conducting due diligence on major cross-border transactions. Providing day‑to‑day support to our team on live matters. You’ll be exposed to the fast‑paced world of finance and infrastructure, gaining practical insights into how international legal teams operate.
