Campus Security Manager Location: Milan, Italy About the Role We are looking for an experienced Campus Security Manager (CSM) to lead physical security operations across multiple datacenter sites in Milan. This role is responsible for managing site security teams, driving operational excellence, supporting audit readiness, and ensuring a safe and secure environment across critical infrastructure facilities. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop site security teams across multiple sites Oversee daily security operations and site performance Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and coaching Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships Ensure compliance with security standards, audits, and safety initiatives Drive continuous improvement across the security program What We’re Looking For Strong security industry experience, including management experience Strong leadership and operational management skills Experience with CCTV, access control, and security systems preferred Datacenter or critical infrastructure experience is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills Flexibility to travel and support out-of-hours incidents when required Why Join Us?
