We turn our client’s complexities into value, through agile governance programs and change management frameworks.**Responsibilities:*** Collaborate with Clients to understand business needs and define tailored solutions* Support the design and development of use cases and feasibility studies* Contribute to software selection activities, including market analysis and vendor evaluation* Perform technology benchmarking and comparative analysis* Gather and formalize business and functional requirements* Support business process re-engineering initiatives* Contribute to Change Management activities to ensure successful adoption* Assist in PMO activities, including planning, monitoring, and reporting**Requirements:*** Bachelor’s or Master degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer engineering, Management Engineering, Economics, Statistics and Mathematics.* Experience in Management Consulting domain (Public Sector)* Knowledge of EU Cohesion Policies and funding programs (e.g. ERDF/FESR, PNRR, ESF+/FSE+, JTF)* Familiarity with systems such as REGIS, OpenCoesione, FSC, SIL, and monitoring of strategic programs* Experience in Data Intelligence and/or AI-related projects* Italian mother tongue and Good English (both oral and written).* The ideal candidate has relational and analytical skills, with constant focus on the goals, team-working ability and proficient Italian and English (both oral and written)Work Location: Rome (RM) with smart working possibilityAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
