RAL €25K - €40K Responsibilities Technical Support: Provide first-level support on reporting delivery platforms based on both cloud and on-premises infrastructure; Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, with autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility; Monitoring: Perform system performance checks and proactively address issues; Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation on common issues and solutions; Collaborate with architects, software developers, and project stakeholders to ensure that the installation of new product releases and the introduction of new features occur smoothly and securely.
