Location: Bolzano, BZ Department: Industrial Logistics Reports To: Planning Manager Job Purpose: The Production Planning & New Launches Assistant supports the production planning activities and material planning for the new product launches, contributing to daily operations and continuous improvement initiative. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands‐on experience in an industrial environment and to develop a solid understanding of production planning processes. Main Responsibilities: Support production planning and scheduling activities in line with demand and capacity Assist in coordinating materials planning for new product and vehicle launches Assist in intercompany planning activities and improve accuracy Monitor production progress and support issue resolution Support data analysis, reporting, production orders updating, and KPI tracking Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives Collaborate with Suppliers, Production, Quality, Controlling, Purchasing, and Logistics Qualifications: Recent graduate (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field Strong analytical and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus Good communication skills and ability to work in a team Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) What We Offer: A structured post‐graduate internship within a dynamic and professional environment Hands‐on experience in production planning processes Mentorship and on‐the‐job training Opportunity to develop professional skills and gain industry exposure
