You'll join our Cloud Engineering team to architect and maintain the systems that power our digital products across Europe. This isn't ops work with a modern coat of paint - you're owning the full infrastructure lifecycle: design, delivery, observability, and automation. Infrastructure: Design and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS using Kubernetes and Terraform across a high-traffic microservices architecture. CI/CD & Delivery: Own deployment pipelines and GitOps workflows with GitHub and ArgoCD. Observability: Build monitoring and logging strategies with Grafana and Loki so the platform stays reliable at scale. Automation: Optimise internal workflows with n8n and explore agentic AI tooling to cut manual overhead and sharpen developer experience. Collaboration: Partner directly with dev squads on production delivery, capacity planning, and performance. Security: Keep AWS environments clean - best practices, data protection, compliance. Who you are: Data-driven when troubleshooting and scaling - you reach for metrics before opinions Comfortable in a fast-paced SaaS environment where the ground shifts Senior enough to mentor others and make architectural calls that stick Curious about the intersection of AI and infrastructure - and actively looking to act on it What you bring: 5+ years in cloud/infrastructure engineering - you've run things at scale and felt the pain when they break Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes Fluent in Terraform for IaC and ArgoCD for GitOps-based delivery Proven background in AWS Solid observability chops - Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, or ELK Strong Bash scripting; Go or PHP is a plus Networking fundamentals you can actually explain: TCP/IP, VPCs, security groups You already use AI tools daily - Cursor, Claude, whatever gives you an edge What you get: Competitive salary Meal vouchers 26 days holiday + national holidays 30 days a year to work from wherever you want A flexible hybrid setup Genuine room to grow - nationally and internationally.
