Overview You will support international clients’ communication and marketing needs. Assist in developing strategic and tactical plans to ensure client/agency goal achievement. Help the client identify communication objectives and priorities. Gather, organize, and analyze key data, synthesizing for communication purposes. Write and build clear, persuasive PowerPoint presentations and other communication material for a variety of audiences. Update and maintain status reports, spreadsheets and other tracking documents. Foster and maintain strong client and team relationships. Attend and participate in internal and external meetings; update the internal database with work, timing and costs. Coordinate work of different departments inside the agency regarding time scheduled and fixed costs. Responsibilities Strategic mindset and analytical thinker. Familiarity with digital marketing channels and platforms. Proven relationship‑building skills. Good knowledge of digital tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Persuasive presentation skills. Team‑worker with listening, verbal and written communication skills. Intercultural awareness and sensitivity. Passionate about great creative work and good creative judgement. Flexible and adaptable; curious, always seeking to learn from those around. A self‑starter who works independently. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. English and Italian spoken and written knowledge. French, German, Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic knowledge considered a plus. 3+ years agency account management experience in international coordination and global clients.
